What we publish

  • Original work, 1,000 words or more, in Australian English.
  • Practical pieces on fees, authorities, auctions, off-market stock, licence checks, inspections and conflicts of interest.
  • First-person buying stories if they teach a method, not a brand.
  • State-specific guidance that cites the correct regulator — Fair Trading, Consumer Affairs Victoria, QBCC/OFT, Consumer Protection WA, CBS, Access Canberra, CBOS or Licensing NT.

What we do not publish

  • Thin “top 10 buyer's agents” lists with affiliate links.
  • Press releases, rewritten blogs, or AI-spun explainers.
  • Advice that tells a reader to skip a building inspection or ignore a cooling-off rule.
  • Undisclosed paid placements. If a link is paid, gifted or placed as part of a guest-post arrangement, we mark it rel="sponsored".

House style

Use licence as a noun and licensed as the adjective. Prefer buyer's agent; buyer's advocate is acceptable on first mention if you explain the synonym. Quote ranges, not invented city averages. Link internally to our hubs — fees and contracts, checks and red flags, city guides — when you mention those topics.

How to pitch

Send a working title, a 150-word standfirst, why you are the person to write it, and two published clips. We reply to the address you give. You can also email support@worldwidebacklinks.com. Do not attach a finished 4,000-word draft until we ask.
