Find Buyers Agents is an independent Australian publication about one narrow, expensive decision: whether to hire someone to buy a home or investment on your behalf, and if so, whom.

The old findbuyersagents.com.au site lived in the same niche — helping people locate and assess a buyer's agent — before this rebuild. The Wayback Machine did not return a usable snapshot when we researched the redesign, so we inferred the brief from the domain and from the questions Australians actually type into Google: what a buyer's agent does, what they cost, whether they are worth it, and how to check a licence.

We write in Australian English, for owner-occupiers, first-home buyers, investors, interstate buyers and downsizers. We quote consumer-protection sources — NSW Fair Trading, Consumer Affairs Victoria, WA Consumer Protection, REBAA — rather than agency marketing. Fees are not set by law. Licences are. That distinction sits under almost every article.

We are not a real estate agency. We do not hold listings. We do not take a cut of a purchase. Guest essays are welcome under our write-for-us guidelines. Any paid or guest-post link is marked rel="sponsored".
